Sub-spraying GS II : From the axilla until entire breast.
Clockwise Direction Massage : Use your index finger, middle finger and ring finger; (3 fingers) to massage the breast. Start from axilla towards until the whole breast 1-3 minutes. Massage your breast following clockwise direction and slowly moving forward.
